Linking Scores Derived Under Different Modes of Test Administration

All established testing programs that develop computer-based versions of paper-and-pencil tests, particularly computer-adaptive tests (CATs), typically need to link the scores derived from the two administration modes. Linking is necessary because computer-based and paper-based testing will likely occur together, at least for some transition period.
