Abstract

The analysis of variance is one of the most highly developed areas of mathematical statistics. Not coincidentally, it is one of the most widely utilized. But many of the deductions therefrom in the analysis and interpretations of experiments depend upon the accuracy of the assumption of normality of the observations.
