Abstract
This paper presents a CMOS RF mixer with low power consumption and high linearity. The low power and high linearity is achieved with a class-AB input stage. Detailed analysis of the circuit has been given. The mixer is working at 2.44GHz for WCDMA system, with a power consumption less than 3 mW, it achieved 7.5 dB conversion gain, 4.6 dBm IIP3 and 13dB NE. Simulation results performed on HPADS has been presented, HP0.5µ m CMOS process is used.
