Abstract
Experience shows that in many cases it is better to reach the « wrorg» decision rather than wait f r the « right » one, specially when these exist mechanisms to monitor the outcome of the decision and support the improvement of both this outcome and the decision making process itself This paper shows practical examples from various solutes to develop this theme.
