Abstract
Upon completion of the chapter, the student will be able to:
-
1.
Recognize the changes in vision and hearing that are considered to be part of normal aging and those secondary from disease.
-
2.
Identify the most common age-associated disease changes in vision and hearing.
-
3.
Describe the management considerations in visual and hearing impairment among older adults.
