Abstract
Electronic mail (E-mail) represents one of the most efficient means of communication between individuals ever devised. The delivery of messages is nearly instantaneous and creates little waste. You can choose to read your e-mail whenever it is convenient, and you can go through a large number of messages in a relatively shorter period of time than it would take to open paper envelopes.
