Abstract
The male reproductive system consists of the testes, genital ducts, accessory glands, and penis. It has three major functions: (1) to produce spermatozoa; (2) to secrete male hormones (androgens, principally testosterone); and (3) to copulate and facilitate fertilization through the deposition of spermatozoa into the female genital tract.
