Abstract

Lymphoproliferative disorders of the lung represent a constellation of disease processes that include benign nonneoplastic conditions, intermediate or indeterminate disorders, primary malignant lymphomas, and secondary involvement by extrapulmonary malignant lymphomas, leukemias, and plasma cell dyscrasias (Table 12-1).
