Abstract
The advent of small-joint arthroscopy has provided additional tools to the armamentarium of the orthopedic and upper extremity surgeon in their approach to many problems of the elbow. Arthroscopic radial head resection is one such procedure that may benefit selected patients. Although large studies cannot be found in the literature, arthroscopic radial head resection has been reported previously1 and its potential benefit corroborated.2 In our experience, an arthroscopic approach to radial head excision is preferred outside of acute trauma and when bony anatomy is otherwise normal.
