Abstract
The problem of maintaining the spirit of romantic courtship throughout married life, if that situation should bless him, was really troubling Barnes, and he felt compelled in the last weeks of his suspense to explain his thoughts. Four letters chased each other across the Channel before another from Molly made the journey.
