Abstract

The Economic Dislocation and Worker Adjustment Assistance Act (EDWAA) effectively amended Title III of the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA). It provides funds to States (and local sub-state grantees) to help dislocated workers find and qualify for new jobs.
