Abstract

To further explore the meaning of being alive to our clients’ spirituality I will in this chapter focus on a number of relevant issues including: a consideration of spiritual interventions in therapy with a particular focus on forgiveness; the spiritual issues arising from bereavement; and the use of retreats. Finally I considered the context in which people seek therapeutic help relating to their spirituality.
