7.6 Zusammenfassung

Zum Themenkreis Hämodilution, Priming, Hämofiltration und Hämodialyse existieren verschiedenste Studien mit unterschiedlichen Ergebnissen. Wie schon die Zusammenstellung der untersuchten Publikationen im ersten Buch (Extrakorporale Zirkulation — wissenschaftlich begründet? Steinkopff, Darmstadt, 2001) der Arbeitsgemeinschaft „Extrakorporale Zirkulation und Me-chanische Kreislaufunterstützung“ der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Thorax-, Herz- und Gefäβchirurgie zeigte, erfüllen die wenigsten der insgesamt 1500 gesichteten Arbeiten den EBM-Level I. Deswegen können in diesem Kapitel nur die wichtigsten Grundlagen zusammengestellt und diskutiert werden; die Aufstellung von 00allgemeingültigen Leitlinien ist allerdings nicht möglich.
