Abstract
Untersucht werden Probleme der Ablaufplanung und Ressourcenbelegung bei verfahrenstechnischen Prozessen schwerpunktmäßig im Bereich der chemischen und pharmazeutischen Industrie. Berichtet wird über ein von der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG; Kennzeichen GU 459/3) gefördertes Projekt zur Entwicklung eines simulationsgestützten, interaktiven Scheduling-Support-Systems. Mit Hilfe dieses Systems werden zunächst über ein allgemeines Repräsentationsschema die Produktionsprozesse sowie die eingesetzten Anlagenkonfigurationen erfasst. Hieraus wird dann unter Rückgriff auf eine generische Modellformulierung automatisch ein anwenderspezifisches Modell des zugrunde liegenden betriebswirtschaftlichen Optimierungsproblems generiert. Zur Lösung des Modells wird auf Standardoptimierungssoftware zurückgegriffen. Die ermittelte Lösung wird anschließend in ein Simulationsmodell übernommen. Auf diese Weise kann der Produktionsprozess im Detail nachvollzogen und der erzeugte Belegungsplan unter betriebswirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten ausgewertet werden. Die jeweiligen Module sind in einem anwendungsgerechten Planungstool integriert, das die zur Modellierung benötigten Daten weitgehend aus vorhandenen betrieblichen Datenbanken akquiriert und eine interaktive Benutzerführung ermöglicht.
