Abstract

Situated on the newly developed Northern Harbour front of Helsinborg, the Cultural Centre is in the centre of the town and close to the bus terminus. Its row of periscope roof lights are unmistakable on the coastal skyline.Helsinborg is an attractive city with panoramic views across the Øresund towards Denmark and a popular destination for tourists.
