Abstract

First I give some historical comments and then a simple application of the wavefront method for determining the time delay, and thereby the value of H0. The results are compared with those based on more detailed modelling. The importance of an improved understanding of galaxy dynamics for the modelling of lens systems and the determination of H0 is stressed.
