Abstract

The results of this theory are of general validity and also apply in the case where a bubble of gas is growing from an orifice. Then this theory allows to explain some instabilities already observed in bubbling phenomena (eg. in may also apply to the early stages of the etherogeneous nucleation of gas bubbles.
