Abstract
It is a long way from the description of the mechanism of structural co-operation, based on findings in social sciences and transferred to artificial agent systems by means of the society metaphor, to an implemented problem-solving society that actually “runs” on a computer. Especially the dynamics of the mechanism needs to be specified more precisely, in order to come up with an operational model of structural co-operation.
