Stabilization and H Control of Uncertain 2-D Discrete Systems

Abstract

In the previous chapter, we have solved the 2-D dynamic output feedback stabilization and H control problems. In this chapter, we shall deal with the robust stabilization and H control problem for uncertain 2-D discrete systems described by the FM LSS model. The robust 2-D stabilization problem studied here is to find a dynamic output feedback controller for the uncertain 2-D system such that the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable. The robust H control of the 2-D system is to design a dynamic output feedback controller for the uncertain 2-D discrete system, such that the closed-loop 2-D system is asymptotically stable and has an H performance for all admissible parameter uncertainties.
