Abstract
The authors have spent the past year building a test team in the high-speed, high-change environment of an Internet development company. As we’d hoped, the Agile values helped us tackle the difficulties of testing in such an environment. We also discovered that the Agile values helped us with the politics of working with other teams and obtaining support in the organization.
