Abstract

A story is not a script ready for shooting. To make a film, one has to adapt the story into a script. In order to transform a story into a script, the first thing the script adapter has to do is to grasp the main idea of the story as the basis of the film to be produced. In chapter four, and especially in chapter five, we have shown how SWAN tries to perform this task as good as it can.
