Porting an Ocean Code to MPI Using TSF
TSF  is an extensible program transformation tool. TSF provides a scripting language to implement simple interactive code transformations for Fortran 77/90 and can be used as a platform for building tools. TSF scripts are interpreted and are loaded dynamically from a script ”database”.
