Abstract
This chapter summarizes some of the results of our earlier paper [383] and relates them to the new situation. Given the theory developed in the earlier chapters of this book, we can now give simpler proofs for some of the theorems in [383]. In particular, the main theorems follow from the general results in Chapter 5.
