Zusammenfassung

Cisplatin ist neurotoxisch, nephrotoxisch und ototoxisch. Paclitaxel weist insbesondere eine kumulative periphere Neurotoxizität auf. Docetaxel führt häufig zu ausgeprägter vorübergehender Neutropenie, die nicht selten auch mit Infektionen, Diarrhö und/oder Fieber assoziiert ist. Die palmoplantare Erythrodysä sthesie (PPE) stellt eine typische Nebenwirkung des pegylierten liposomalen Doxorubicins und von Capecitabin dar.
