Zusammenfassung

Die operative Versorgung von Narbenhernien muss ein optimales Ergebnis erreichen. Das Auftreten eines Rezidivs ist als konsequenzenreiches Therapieversagen kritisch zu beurteilen. Das Patientenkollektiv ist i. d. R. durch vorherige Operationen, Tumorerkrankungen und allgemeine Risikofaktoren vorbelastet. Eine durch die chirurgische Technik bedingte Komorbidität ist daher unzulässig.
