Abstract
We report a 110-THz 8-mJ non-collinear optical parametric chirped pulse amplification in type I BBO. The seed laser was actively synchronized with a picosecond Nd:YAG pump laser. This compact system is projected to deliver a 1 TW peak power in a 6- fs pulse.
