Relaxation of metastable states in blue bronze K0.3MoO3

Abstract

Metastable states, induced by thermal cycling and electric fields were investigated in blue bronze K0.3MoO3. We found a hysteresis in the temperature dependence of the low field resistance. The thermally induced metastable resistivity relaxes obeying a power low time dependence.
