Abstract
Magneto-oscillating behavior of the relaxation time is shown to exist for the carriers in electron-hole drops created in Ge by analyzing the farinfrared magneto-absorption results. The oscillation is discussed in terms of the far-infrared photon absorbing electron-hole scattering across the Fermi level.
