Abstract

Some recent results of magneto-optical investigations in II–VI semiconductors are reviewed. For the low excitation regime we consider the B-field dependence of free and bound excitons and of their excited states. In the high excitation case we discuss the behaviour of polariton-polariton interaction processes, of biexcitons and of the electron-hole plasma in fields up to 20T.
