Abstract
This paper presents a numerical method which has been tried on an optical device, in order to get information on a dielectric inhomogeneous medium from scattering data. We start from an integral form of the scattering equation, and use a perturbation technique. We show that under certains conditions, it is possible to determine the permittivity profile of all physical mediums.
