Abstract
Recent measurements of the n-p observables near 50 MeV and their impact on phase shift parameters, \(\bar \delta (^1 P_1 )\) and \(\bar \varepsilon _1\), are discussed.
The experimental work described herein was carried out in collaboration with D.H. Fitzgerald, R. Garrett, S.W. Johnsen, N.S.P. King, M.W. McNaughton, J.D. Reber, J.L. Romero, T.S. Subramanian, J.L. Ullmann, and J.W. Watson. Tom Burt and Peter Signell carried out the phase-shift analyses.
