Eq. (13) differs by a factor 2/3 from the formula given in Refs. 6,7) due to the fact that only the width to usual hadrons is estimated.
It is not clear why the 4.1 GeV resonance is wider than the others. Perhaps, the high energy tail of this resonance decays preferentially to the ψ(3.95?) by π-emission.
