Abstract
The bladder is a muscular reservoir that, when empty, is confined to the true pelvis but fills anterosuperiorly entering the abdominal cavity and affects the position of the bowel. Anatomically it is divided into the base, apex, body, trigone, and neck. Tumors occur in all five of these regions and can often be multifocal.
