Abstract
Aneurysms and false aneurysms of the visceral and iliac arteries are commonly an incidental finding but may present with catastrophic bleeding. The vascular anatomy in relation to these lesions is often complex and successful treatment may require the use of any one of a number of innovative approaches. These include transluminal and direct percutaneous interventions with a wide range of embolic particles, glues, coils and stents. The evidence for such interventions is contained almost exclusively within case series and these are summarised in the chapter.
