Abstract
The following conventions are used: Lower case boldface denotes vectors, upper case boldface denotes matrices. The subscript (⋅) f describes a quantity in the DTFT domain if the same quantity exists in the discrete time domain and in the DTFT domain. Underlined quantities \(\underline{(\cdot)}\) represent vectors or matrices in the DFT domain.
