Abstract
By order of the Colortronic company a successful industrial project was realized which serves to highly accurate feeding of material. Design goals included a modern graphical user interface for the control of the feeding process and a versatile system architecture able to support different hosts. The software was implemented using the Native Oberon system for PC developed by ETH Zürich. This brief survey reports about a perspective from the point of view of industrial software and hardware development.
