Samenvatting

Strangulatie komt behalve als poging tot moord ook accidenteel voor: het slachtoffer wordt dan gewurgd door zijn eigen kleding, bijvoorbeeld een lange sjaal. Verhanging komt in onze streken alleen voor als zelfmoordpoging.
