Abstract
We shall deal in this chapter with square non-negative matrices T = {t ij }, i, j = 1, ..., n; i.e. t ij ≥ 0 for all i, j, in which case we write T ≥ 0. If, in fact, t ij > 0 for all i, j we shall put T > O.
