4.6 Summary
In this chapter, we propose a simple HMM with estimation methods. The framework of the HMM is simple and the model parameters can be estimated efficiently. Application to customers classification with practical data taken from a computer service company is presented and analyzed. Further disussions on new HMMs and applications will be given in Chapter 8.
