Abstract
This chapter describes a collaborative project between the San Diego Supercomputer Center (SDSC) and the Automated Regional Justice Information System (ARJIS) entitled P3ELE (Public-Private-Partnership Enabling Law Enforcement). The project is focused on developing a model research infrastructure for the management, analysis and visualization of public and private multidimensional data. This includes addressing the technical and analytical models, methods, tools and techniques to effectively integrate and correlate law enforcement information with public, cyber-based information. This framework will enable researchers to study the impact of this expanded dimensional information on the efficient remediation and proactive capabilities of law enforcement, and ultimately, will enhance the operational capabilities of justice professionals in our digital society.
