In this book, we have reviewed the nuts and bolts of paleomagnetism. We have discussed the tools of the trade:how to get samples, measure, and analyze them. We have briefly considered some of the more popular applications. It is now up to the reader to use them. When thoughtfully applied, the tools provided here can unleash the power of paleomagnetism.
