Abstract

In this chapter, we present an optimal frame size predictor for maximizing the wireless channel utilization. Kalman filter is adopted to predict the optimal frame size under noisy wireless channel. Simulations results show that the performance of proposed frame size predictor is much better than other prediction methods like moving average.
