Conclusions
Lead induces lipid peroxidation in rats exposed to this metal. Dolomite and thiamine supplementation attenuates lead-induced oxidative stress. Moderate dolomite supplementation does not influence serum Ca, Mg, Zn and Cu concentration while high doses of thiamine decrease serum Zn concentration in rats exposed to lead.
