Abstract
The integration of CAD/CAM system with micro EDM has simplified the procedure for generating complex 3D shapes, using simple shaped electrodes. Therefore, it is very important to understand the behavior of the contouring micro EDM process to achieve optimized machining results. This paper reports a comprehensive study on the influence of various parameters associated with the process.
