Abstract

Pancreatodeodenectomy (PD) is a major operation for many diseases such as pancreatic head cancer, middle and lower common bile duct carcinoma, Vater carcinoma, duodenal malignant tumor. Because of the wide resection, surgical trauma, long operation time, PD leads to high incidence of postoperative complications and perioperative mortality.
