Unbalanced regional development is a common problem faced by the world’s major powers. In order to narrow the development gap between regions, governments usually develop and implement a series of targeted regional policies. This is not only an important aspect for the government of market economy countries to regulate the economy, but also an important support for countries to build a unified domestic market and ensure people’s livelihood.
