Crisis communication is an essential management skill that must be understood by all policy stakeholders in Kazakhstan. The case studies explored and lessons shared in this chapter are based on international case studies. It seeks to apply the best practices in managing a crisis, with a checklist of things to consider should it happen in Kazakhstan.
