Abstract

One of the forms of the Middle Income Trap is Social Crisis Trap characterized by slow, stagnant or declining income growth for poor people and the widening gap between rich and poor which leads to the desperation of the poor and endless social unrest. Therefore, to overcome the Social Crisis Trap, it is necessary to be committed in innovating social management and narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas.
