Instruments for Enucleation and Evisceration
Enucleation involves removal of the entire globe, with preservation of all other periorbital and orbital structures. Evisceration involves removal of the ocular contents from an intact sclera, and exenteration refers to removal of the entire orbital contents, including the globe and soft tissues.
