Abstract

This chapter includes morphology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, natural and unnatural course, treatment, including Kawashima operation and Fontan operation, and fetal diagnosis of congenital heart disease typically associated with right and left (atrial) isomerism. Positional abnormalities of the heart and anomalies of noncardiac organs typically seen in atrial isomerism are also presented.
